Harry Hilson

American , 1935–2004

Harry Hilson (American, 1935–2004) was a multidisciplinary artist whose career spanned more than four decades. Working in oil, mixed media, wax painting, sculpture, and tapestry, his work was exhibited at institutions including the High Museum, Butler Institute of American Art, and Georgia State Museum. He also completed major commissions for Hallmark, Hilton, Motorola, and other corporate and private collectors while maintaining an innovative studio practice across New York, Los Angeles, and Aspen.
